General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of digital services offered on the iLoveQR website (iloveqr.io) by MSL INNOV (hereinafter “the Seller”). Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

iLoveQR enables the generation of QR Codes. Two offerings coexist:

• Static QR Codes — free and unlimited: generation, customization, and download (PNG, SVG, PDF), with no sign-up or payment.
• Dynamic QR Codes — paid (one-time payment): QR codes whose destination can be changed for life without reprinting, with scan analytics. Purchases are made in “packs” that credit a number of dynamic QR codes to your account.

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Dynamic QR packs are offered as a one-time payment, with no subscription or recurring charge:

• Starter — 1,99 € : 3 dynamic QR codes
• Popular — 4,99 € : 10 dynamic QR codes
• Pro — 9,99 € : 30 dynamic QR codes
• Agency — 19,99 € : 100 dynamic QR codes

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; services are billed at the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Orders are placed from your account area, after creating an account. Payment is processed securely by our provider Stripe (credit/debit card). The Seller never has access to your full card details. The order is confirmed upon payment confirmation.

The service is digital and delivered immediately: the dynamic QR quota is credited to your account upon payment confirmation, and the QR codes are immediately usable. No physical delivery is required.

In accordance with Article L221-28 du Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content or a service fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period.

By purchasing a pack, you expressly request immediate performance of the service (quota credit) and acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal once the quota has been credited to your account.

As the quota is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. In the event of a technical issue attributable to the Seller (for example, quota not credited after payment), contact us at contact@iloveqr.io: we will rectify the situation or, where applicable, issue a refund.

The Seller implements reasonable means to ensure service continuity (dynamic QR redirections, analytics), without any guarantee of absolute availability. The Seller shall not be held liable for the content to which your QR Codes redirect, for which you are solely responsible, nor for any non-compliant use of the service.

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before any legal action; failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
